Very good experience all the way

The whole process from consultation to surgery and also follow up has been really nice. I booked the first consultation through the website and got an appointment really fast. The clinic is in a convenient location, accessible by public transport and not far from the city center. Modern and clean facilities with a comfortable/relaxing waiting area. Whenever i was at the clinic, I also felt that my privacy was protected - not many people there at the same time and I never saw any other actual surgery patients even though i knew they were there in the recovery room with me, but everyone had their own little space and I didn’t have to meet other patients. During the consultation, Dr Ståle Buhagen listened to my concerns and offered a solution without trying to sell anything unnecessary. He showed examples of his previous work and was honest about setting the expectations right. The paperwork was not rushed either as I asked for a few months of consideration time, giving me enough time to think whether I want to proceed. On the surgery day I was super well taken care of. All the steps were thoroughly explained and the team constantly made sure that I was comfortable. Everyone involved were warm and kind people. Instructions before and after the surgery have been very detailed and my surgery and recovery have been excellent, with no complications or any difficulties. I am very grateful for the opportunity and the experience, can highly recommend Dr Ståle Buhagen for his expertise as well as kind personality.
